Today, Ben and I started our production schedule. We split the work so it was a fair amount each. We also contacted some actors to see if they are confirmed for our project. We also assigned our roles, I got nominated as the producer.
-how successful you were in those tasks
I feel like we were successful as we did eventually complete a lot of work. However, we did start off slower than we should of as we discussed some ideas for our production sheet.
-discuss what you need to do to improve on and do differently during production
We need to make sure that we are focused solely on the work, although mainly we discuss mostly about the work, we can sometimes go off topic.

30th October:

My quality of work was good but it could have been better, so I would say it is a 6.

Today, I started our location recce. I got details from a location and put them into a document. I then reviewed our treatment.

I feel like I was successful as I got all the information I needed.

I feel like I wouldn't change anything from today as we got work done and worked well together.

Today, we finished making changes to our script. We also went though our other documents to make double check it was all done.

Today, we did blocking for all of our script.
-how successful you were in those tasks
I feel like we were very successful as we could see whether if anything needed changing, after blocking, we found that the script was good and didn't need any further development.

18th November

Today, we made sure that all of our shots were going to work, so we booked out equipment and went to practise our angles. As a producer, I made sure all of the equipment was operating efficiently.

I feel like we were successful as we could see whether any shot angles needed changing or adapting.
